Registration rates for all SXSW conference and festival badges increase after November 14th (and again every month between now and March). Check out the SXSW 2009 Attend Page to review your options and register and book your hotel. If you know you’re going to attend you can save money by registering now, but please remember that registration fees are non-refundable once processed.

Reserve Your Hotel When Registering and Win

Prime downtown SXSW 2009 hotels are already selling out — earlier than ever. Review available hotel options and be sure to make your hotel reservation when you register online. To celebrate the holiday season, on November 14th, SXSW will give one lucky registrant 5 free nights at the Residence Inn Downtown during SXSW 2009.

The rules are simple:
ALL who are registered for SXSW by 6pm CST on November 14th will be eligible for a random drawing.
If you aren’t registered yet, you should and soon. (If you need a hotel room, make your reservation when you register.)

No one could ever accuse SXSW of being a hoity-toity event, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have class. In fact, each year, we kick off our Music Conference with a fantastic four-course Welcome Dinner at the Four Seasons hotel. This beautiful and lavish dinner offers registrants the opportunity to get into town, make some preliminary acquaintances and indulge in a fine meal. This coveted experience is an absolute must. Once the conference officially kicks off, registrants may not have another chance to catch their breath, have an intimate conversation, or eat a balanced meal, until everything is all said and done.
