Two new elements will add even more amazing daytime programming content to the 2008 SXSW Interactive Festival. Modeled after the informal hallway discussions that are always one of the most meaningful aspects of the event, Core Conversations enable registrants to cover relevant topics in a more intimate setting than the panel format. Meanwhile, Book Readings give attendees a chance to hear 20-minute presentations by authors with current new media-related titles. Also, stay tuned to the SXSW Interactive website for announcements on 2008 keynote speakers.

Author of Second Lives: A Journey Through Virtual Worlds, Tim Guest will be part of the Book Reading program.
