The White Ghost Shivers carry on their Halloween tradition, with some added twists and treats. The self-proclaimed "Motley Crüe of string bands" presents the fourth annual Black and White Ghost Shivers Ball, tonight at the American Legion Hall, featuring performances by local theater group St. Idiot Collective. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
